• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer
• Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control
• Confer with vendor, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status
• To understand, apply and implement concepts and lean tools to the company production system for continuous drive for improvement
• To design, analyze and implement industrial engineering techniques
• To co-ordinate with research and development department for new sample’s drawings
• Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions.
