- Qualification & Experience: MBA (HR) with at least 5-7 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector (Textiles Experience preferred). The position reports to Chief Operating Officer.
- Effective communication skills both written & verbal. An All-rounder with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Handling of HR functions including Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Operations, Payroll, Organizational Training & Development.
- Develop & implement policies, processes & systems related to HR functions. Provide advice & guidance to Line Managers & HR Teams in order to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures & applications and making HR a business partner to operations.
