The Family Tent FR is a 5-person fire-retardant treated family shelter designed for humanitarian response in settings where open flame risk is a documented concern — dense camp environments, areas with cooking fires, and locations where FR compliance is required by the procuring agency. The inner liner improves thermal regulation, reducing temperature extremes that make a tent uninhabitable in the height of summer or the depth of winter.

FR treatment is not a coating that wears off — it is applied during fabric processing and is durable through the working life of the tent. This makes the Family Tent FR suitable for multi-year deployment in semi-permanent camp settings where replacement cycles are long.
